This program is ideal for athletes who are passionate about gymnastics and want to challenge themselves to perform at a higher level. This program emphasizes advanced skill development, mental focus, and competition preparation. Gymnasts will be trained in all aspects of the sport, including floor, bars, balance beam, vault, and advanced tumbling, while learning how to compete with precision and poise. Each spring, Performance Plus athletes represent Britannia Gymnastics at a number of local competitions.

Athletes who participated in the previous year's program will have priority registration the following year.
