Join art therapists Jillian Sones and Andrea Rodgers for a 5-week art therapy group designed for individuals who have previously participated in Art Therapy: Connecting to Self and are interested in continuing to explore their creative process in more depth.
Building on the foundations of creativity, self-expression, and reflection introduced in the first group, this group invites participants into deeper exploration of personal themes, imagery, and creative process. Through open-ended art making and guided reflection, participants will continue developing connections with materials, artwork, and creative intuition. Each session offers opportunities for creative exploration, reflection, and shared experience in a supportive environment. The focus remains on the creative process rather than artistic skill or technique.
Basic materials are provided, though participants are welcome to bring their own.
This group is intended to support personal exploration and creative growth and is best used alongside existing mental health supports when needed. It is not intended to replace, or be a primary source of, mental health care.
