Demystifying Decaf: Exploring & Tasting Decaf Coffee Process

We have heard it before, “death before decaf”! But what really is the decaffeination process and how does it affect the taste of coffee? In this workshop, we will explore 2 kinds of decaffeination processes through a theoretical approach as well as a practical approach through a brewing session where we get to sample 4 different decaf coffees.The workshop ends with half an hour of q & a and a chance to share ideas with fellow attendees.
