Prenatal Coaching

This is a small group prenatal class that combines birth education with mental and emotional preparation for labour, birth, and postpartum. Participants learn about labour, medical options, and baby care while also developing practical tools for managing fear, staying grounded, and navigating decisions. The coaching based approach helps parents build confidence, prepare for the realities of birth, and enter parenthood feeling more prepared and excited.
