Creative Dance with Ballet BC: Ageless Dancers Series

Join Ballet BC's Manager of Education & Engagement, Marco Esccer, for a gentle, imaginative class that nurtures presence, curiosity, and embodied awareness. Inspired by Ballet BC's artistic process, this class blends guided improvisation, somatic prompts, and playful exploration, offering seniors a fun and supportive space that fosters wellness, encourages reflection, and celebrates the creative potential within each participant.
As part of the fall session, participants may also engage with occasional guest artists from other artistic disciplines, creating opportunities to explore how movement can intersect with other creative practices. No previous dance experience is required.
