Capoeira is the perfect martial art for children and youth, combining dance, music, language, history, philosophy, fitness and acrobatics with martial arts in one class. Anyone can join! Classes cover all aspects of Capoeira: martial arts, dance, music, acrobatics, culture, language and more. Focus on developing rhythm, reflexes, balance, coordination and increasing strength and flexibility. No Session on Nov 11.
