The focus is not only on learning steps, but on discovering how to move your body within each step while connecting to the music in a natural and expressive way. The focus is on foundation and to move with intention while learning these beautiful dances. As you develop rhythm, coordination, posture, and confidence while exploring a variety of movements - hips, torso, shoulder and more - you will also dive into the cultural roots behind each dance.
