NeuroMovement® for Back, Neck and Shoulders
In these mat-based classes you will be guided through a sequence of gentle, innovative movements. By moving slowly and with attention, your nervous system discovers new possibilities resulting in more efficient movement, a feeling of lightness, reduction in aches and pains, and an increased sense of self-awareness.
