A gentle strength, balance and coordination program designed to improve
fitness and promote healthy bones. This program focuses on improving individual functional ability and quality of life and reducing the risk of falls and fractures. It is taught by a trained Osteofit fitness instructor. 5Drop-in spaces available ($13)
