A Year In Prints

In this three-week hands-on workshop, participants will learn the basics of rubber stamp carving and relief printing while creating artwork inspired by the seasons, nature, and everyday life. Each participant will design and carve their own rubber printing block, then use it to create a series of hand-printed artworks. Together, these prints will become a community-made 2027 calendar, with each month featuring artwork created by a different participant. Everyone will have the opportunity to contribute their own style, ideas, and marks to a shared artwork that celebrates the year ahead. No previous art, printmaking, or carving experience is required — just bring your curiosity and creativity!
