This group is intended to support personal exploration, self awareness, and creative expression and is best used alongside existing mental health supports when needed. It is not intended to replace, or be a primary source of, mental health care.
No prior art experience is needed. Basic materials are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. We invite you to explore, connect, and create with us.
