Failure to do so will result in the spot being forfeited if there is a waiting player.</p><i>*Monthly Flexipass and 10-Visit passes are accepted for this program</i>.<br /><b>Registration, cancellation and refunds</b>• You can register online up to three days prior to your class. 30 minutes prior to the class any unregistered spots may be sold in-person.<br />• Cancel online through your account at vanrec.ca by 11:59pm the day before your class.<br />If you are cancelling by phone or in person you must cancel by 3pm the day before the class or by 3pm Saturday for a Monday class.
