Learn how to maneuver the sled, cut edges, make tape-to-tape passes, take wicked shots and engage in team plays. Test out your skills in a fun scrimmage at the end of each session. A part of the ice may be dedicated to just skating.</p><p>Equipment: A CSA approved hockey helmet with a full cage, hockey gloves and elbow pads are required. Chest protector and shin guards are strongly recommended. Equipment provided on a first-come, first-served basis.</p><p>All Hockey Programs are co-ed and participants must sign a waiver at the beginning of each session.</p><p>All registered participants must check in with the attendant up to 5 minutes after the program start time.
